St. Croix is a condominium association,
and leasing is handled directly between
each unit owner and their resident.

Please review the official Rental Rules & Guidelines.

• New Leases: Prospective tenants must complete the online Screening Application.
  
• Lease Renewals: Email a signed, valid lease agreement leases@thesaintcroix.com

Once the Board grants approval, an official notification will be emailed directly to the tenant. Please allow up to 20 days for application processing.
